Insulation library body

The insulation body is a stainless steel polyurethane sandwich panel, wall thickness of both sides of the panel is 0.6mm, internal polyurethane is high-pressure foaming by imported high-pressure foaming machine, the polyurethane material is made of German products, and the filling volume density is ≥ 42kg/m3, the library board thickness S=120mm, there is a concave-convex stop connection between the library boards.

The library door is a reinforced structure, and there is an electric heater between the door and the door frame, which can be opened at any time; the library door is equipped with an automatic sensor magnetic switch.

Main frame
The main frame of the rotating cage column support, shaft, transmission gear and chain of the quick-freezing device are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the food certification requirements of QS, FDA and so on. The stainless steel CZPT rail is covered with wear-resistant polymer CZPT material, which can fully guarantee the minimum friction coefficient between frame and the stainless steel conveyor belt. All structural parts are fully welded.
All the rollers, drums, and CZPT rails that rub against the mesh belt are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene to ensure the wear resistance between them and the stainless steel conveyor belt.
 

Evaporator
The evaporation tube and fins of the evaporator are all made of rust-proof aluminum alloy. The liquid supply and heat exchange methods are advanced and efficient. The evaporation tube is φ25×2.2, the fin thickness is 0.4mm, and the high flanging is 10-12mm. Stainless steel outer frame, withstand voltage test ≥24kg/cm2, efficiency is 30% higher than ordinary evaporator.
The evaporator adopts a variable fin pitch design, the fin pitch at the air inlet is 20mm, and the fin pitch at the outlet is 10mm. This variable fin pitch structure ensures uniform and slow frosting on the evaporator, extending the continuity of the quick-freezer operating hours.
 

Cold air system
The design purpose of the annular air cooler cabin is to achieve the fastest wind speed and the smallest wind pressure loss. High-performance fans provide continuous circulating airflow. The closed-loop circulating air duct adopts horizontal airflow design, with smooth return air, low wind pressure loss, fast freezing speed, and low dry consumption of frozen products.

Before choosing the right roller chain for your machine, it is necessary to learn some basics. Learn about sprockets, tensile strength, pitch, and width. Read this article to learn more. Roller sprocket

If you are planning to purchase roller sprockets for your application, you should first look at the various types available. Sprockets available for single-strand roller chains are manufactured by Boston Steel – Type B sprockets are drilled to size. They are available in 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 and 1″ pitch sizes.
The diameter of the sprocket is important when choosing the right sprocket for your application.
